Eddie James Magee

Eddie James Magee entered into eternal rest at University Medical Center on Friday, January 12, 2018 at the age of 45. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Devoted son of Catherine  H. Magee and the late Ned Causey.  Grandson of the late Charlie and Emma Bell Barnes. Brother of Clay Barnes, Wallace Barnes, Stanley Magee, Paul Magee, Barbara Steele, Ruth B. Wilson, Lisa Magee Banks, Chiquita Magee,  Torey Magee, and the late Merrill Magee. Uncle of the late Willie and Bradley Barnes. Nephew of the late Joyce Smith and Benjamin Barnes, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.  Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Ecclesia of Christ Fellowship Center  and  neighboring churches; employees of Richards Cotton  & Sons Plumbing Company and Cajun Construction  are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Ecclesia of Christ Fellowship Center  705 Behrman Highway  Suite A , Gretna, LA on Friday, January 26, 2018 at 10:00a.m.  Pastor Simone M.
