Nancy Lee Pierre

Nancy Lee Pierre entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank at the age of 89. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA.

Beloved wife of the late Samuel Pierre. Devoted mother of Rev. Alvin Pierre and Samuel Pierre. Daughter of the late Moses and Emma Pennwright. Sister of the late Henry Pierre, Callegia Taylor Shelby, Julia Taylor Smith, Cecphlia Taylor Simmons, Louise Taylor Sims, and Aric Taylor, also survived by 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Little Zion Baptist Church #3 and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Little Zion Baptist Church #3 441 Wilson St. Marrero, LA on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 10:00a.m.

Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, LA.
