James Otis Tobias, Jr.

James Otis Tobias, Jr. departed this life on Saturday, January 13, 2018. Devoted father of James O. Tobias, III and Diamond Montgomery. Beloved son of   James Tobias, Sr. and Albertha Reese Tobias.    Grandson of the late Rufus Tobias Sr. and Ella Tobias, Ergin B. Reese Sr. and Annie Mae Reese. Brother of Jasper Tobias, Tyson Hollis, Aurielle Monique Tobias and the late Anthony Joseph Reese. Nephew of the late Herman James Reese. Godson of the late Phyllis Campbell, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Age: 27 years a native of Gretna, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of St. Thomas Baptist Church, True Vine Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 10:00a.m.

Visitation will begin at from 8:30 a.m. until service time.

Internment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery- Westwego, LA
