Alicia C. Sylvester

Alicia C. Sylvester, age 38, entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 22, 2018 at West Jefferson Medical Center.  She was a native of Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies and a resident of Harvey, LA.  Alicia was a 1998 graduate of L. B. Landry High School.  She was employed as a Phlebotomist with LabCorp of America.  Loving and devoted mother of Owen, Mya, and Kruz.  Beloved daughter of Janet Ussin, Graham Sylvester and Petronella Matas.  Sister of Ryan, Leroy, Michael, Patrick, Sharlene, Candice, Rachel, Sherryann, Terryann, Eulanda, Paula, Chemier, Summer, and Sparkle; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Fischer Community Church and all neighboring churches; members of L. B. Landry Class of 1998; employees of LabCorp of America, Quest Diagnostics, and Tulane Medical Center and Neighborhood WalMart (Harvey); faculty, staff and students of Terrytown Academy are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Fischer Community Church, 1737 L. B. Landry Ave., New Orleans, LA on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 10:00a.m.  Bishop James Nelson Brown, officiating.
