Eva Thomas

Eva G. Thomas entered into eternal rest at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at the age of 65.  She was a native of Houston, TX and a resident of Marrero, LA.  She was a graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School. Eva was employed with the Jefferson Parish School Board as a bus attendant, which she was planning to retire in May.  Beloved wife of the late Arthur L. Thomas.  Loving mother of Anita T. (Melvin) Cutino, Connie Joseph, and Carolyn Ann Thomas.  Devoted grandmother of Christopher M. Thomas and Cameron Joseph.  Daughter of the late Myron and Frankie Lee Golden.  Sister of Francis (Otis) Clayborne, Myron Golden, Jr., Betty Golden Baty, and the late Billy Ray and Denise Golden.  Eva is also survived by her extended family Sabrina Joseph, Lloyd Joseph, Demari Joseph, Sebastian Joseph, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
