Thad Jackson

Thad Jackson entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 19, 2018 at Ochsner Foundation Hospital. He was an employee of TT Barge Services as a barge cleaner.

Devoted father of Thavondria Jackson and Thad Jackson, Jr. Son of Alex Stewart and Jerry Dean Searls. Grandson of Lena Mae Stewart and the late Thad Stewart. Stepbrother of Gary Searls, Alfred Searls, III, and Darlene Sims, also survived by 2 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Age: 49 years a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Philadelphia Christian Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Philadelphia Christian Church 3127 General Meyer Ave. New Orleans, LA on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 10:00a.m.

Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.

Interment: Providence Park Cemetery-Metairie, LA.
