Margaret Rose White

Margaret Rose White entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Ochsner Foundation Hospital at the age of 56. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Margaret graduated from L. W. Higgins High School and was a slot technician for Boomtown Casino for over 20 years.

Devoted mother of Andrew Harper, Jr., Morgan R. White,  and the late Adam Tobias White. Beloved daughter of Lillian White Gray and the late Billie Wayne Thomas, Sr. Granddaughter of the late Andrew and Lillian White, and Herman and Leola Thomas.   Sister of Easton Gray, Sr. Andrew C. Gary, Sr., Marvin T. Gray, Sr., Darryl F. Gray, Sr., Billie Wayne Thomas, Jr., Kendrick Thomas, Dana Hayes, and Tonia Thomas, also survived by 5 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Little Zion Baptist Church #3 and neighboring churches; Employees of Boomtown Casino are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Little Zion Baptist Church #3 441 Wilson St. Marrero, LA on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 11:00a.m.

Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.

Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA.
