Larita Brown Anderson

Larita Anderson passed away peacefully on Monday March 12, 2018 at the age of 76 at West Jefferson Medical Center. She was a native of Westwego LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Beloved wife Romalice “Ed” Anderson. Devoted mother of Renita Anderson Pounders. Mother in law of Marvin Pounders. Daughter of the late James and Mildred Brown. Sister of Larry, Lyle, Maxine, and Linda Brown, Lenora Griffin, and the late Louis Brown. Niece of Joyce Davis and Shirley Fazande. Daughter in law of the late Edward and Velma Anderson. Sisters-in law of Sybil Brown, Ethel Mae Fazande, Patricia Anderson, Sandra Black, Lillian Anderson, Alvin Anderson, and the late Lawrence Shepherd Jr., Larry and Michael Anderson, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers and members of Historic True Vine Baptist Church, Life Center Cathedral, KFS Ministries, New Inspirational Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Historic True Vine Baptist Church 249 Sala Ave. Westwego, LA on Saturday March, 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Leander Johnson officiating
