Stanley Gerard Dabney

Stanley Gerard Dabney, age 56, departed this life on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at West Jefferson Medical Center.  He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA.  Loving father of Crystal.  Beloved son of Julia Lee Dabney and the late Willie Fred Dabney, Sr.  Grandson of the late Chaptman, Sr. and Mamie Curtis.  Brother of Willie Dabney (Michelle), Anthony Dabney (Bernadette), Louis Dabney (Deidra), Jerry Curtis (LeKeshia), Isiah Curtis (Carlita), Judy Dabney, Joann Smith (Johnny), Annette Dabney (Louis), and Jeanette Dabney. Nephew of Mamie Lee Harris, Nettie Curtis, and the late Chaptman Curtis, Jr., and RJ Harris.  Great uncle of the late Jamil.  Devoted cousin of Ernest Curtis.  Best friend of David Washington, Randy Davis, and the late Yancy, Peno, and Kedrick “Head”.  Stanley is also survived by his devoted friend Kiena, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
