Ronald Ransom, Jr.

Ronald “Junior” Ransom, Jr., age 39, departed this earthly life on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at West Jefferson Medical Center surrounded by his loving and supportive family.  He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Junior, as he was affectionately known was an employee of Evans Cooper Corporation.  Loving father of Ronald Lewis, Alaysha Ransom, Aaliyah Ransom.  Beloved son of Josephine Ransom and the late Ronald Ransom, Sr. Stepson of Harold Hooper. Grandson of the late Doris Robinson, Leroy Robinson, and Delores Lucas.  Loving brother of Arlene Wright, Kisha Ransom, Renaldo Ransom and Jennifer Ransom; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.  Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service ant DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 230 MONROE STREET GRETNA, LA on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 10:00a.m.  Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m until service time at the parlor.  Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA  To view and sign the guestbook, please go to www.davismortuaryservice.com.
