Wesley Rose, Jr. departed this life on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at his residence at the age 78.

He was a native and a resident on New Orleans, LA.

Husband of the late Barbara Rose. Devoted father of Yolanda, Terence (Zina), Delbert (Donna), and Lenore Rose, Robert (Rhonda) Wallace, and the late Devin Rose. Son of the late Wesley, Sr. and Julia Ross Rose. Brother of Doretha (Eddie) Lebeau, Audrey Green, Catherine (Glenn) Brickley, Alvin (Etta) Rose and the late Thomas Rose. Father in law of the late Tanya Rose. Brother in law of Audrey Johnson, Jolla (Willie) Bridges, Betty Rose, and the late Charles Green and Eugene Johnson, also survived by 20 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA on Monday, March 19, 2018 @ 10:00a.m.

Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
