Sandra Jean Davis

Sandra Jean Davis departed this life on Friday, March 16, 2018 at the age of 62.  She was a native of Balboa, Panama Canal Zone and a resident of Algiers, LA.  Sandra Jean was a 1974 graduate of L. B. Landry High School and was employed as an environmental cleaning specialist.  Loving mother of Demetrice (George) Terry, Donald Jones, Jr. and Dishall Davis. Daughter of the late Ray Davis, Sr. and Albertha Harrison Davis.  Sister of Donna (Lance) Brown, Ray (Sonita) Davis, Jr., Michael (Sandra) Davis of Delaware, Keith Albert Davis, and Ronald Kerry Davis; also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Fischer Community Church, Greater Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Fischer Community Church, 1737 L. B. Landry Ave., New Orleans, LA on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 10:00a.m. Pastor James Nelson Brown, host pastor; Rev. Terry Nash of Greater Jehovah M.B.C., officiating  Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the church.
