Jude Thaddeus Briscoe, Sr. departed this life on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at his residence at the age of 48. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA.

Beloved husband of Nicole Smith Briscoe. Devoted father of Jude, Jr. and Jandon. Son of Mary Leatrice Briscoe. Brother of Sedric and Patrick Brisco, Carmella Briscoe Nevels, and Mary Cyrilla Brisco. Brother in law of Vincent “Woodie”, and Raymond “Buddy” Smith. Nephew of Celestine “Sally” Freeman and Ursula Johnson. Uncle of Bryant Nevels, Caiden Briscoe, Jamaal II, Jayden, and Jayce Pruitt. Godfather of Kaelin Anderson and Michael and Makhi Mack.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Jesus Is Lord Evangelistic Ministries, St. Stephen Baptist Church, First Pilgrim Baptist Church  and neighboring churches; employees of Southern Wine and Spirits (Glazer),  Coca Cola Bottling Co. , US Postal Service, New Era Track Club, Jesuit High School, and University of Michigan are invited to attend the Funeral Service at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church 1738 L. B. Landry Ave New Orleans, LA on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 10:00a.m.
