Barbara M. Albert departed this life  on Tuesday March 27, 2018 @ Ochsner Baptist Hospital. Beloved mother of Brandon Albert ( Taneshia), Brooks Albert ( Olivia ) and Blake Albert ( Myranicka ). Daughter of the late Malvania McElwee and Robert Franklin. Stepdaughter of the late Louis McElwee Sr. Devoted  sister of Toni Moland Terrell,  John H. Elloie (Joann ) and Kenneth Malarchar Sr. ( Gilda) and the late Gilbert A. Seals Sr., and  Robert Franklin Jr.  Grandmother of  Brooke, Maliek, Malajah, Brianna, Victoria-Simone and Marcus.  Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends. Age: 64 years a native and resident of New Orleans, La.  Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Crowder Boulevard Church of Christ and all neighboring churches,  are invited to attend the Funeral Service from Crowder Boulevard Church of Christ 7301 Crowder Blvd. New Orleans , La. on Wednesday April 4, 2018 at 10:30 a.m.  Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
