AJ “Konky” Baker transitioned to his heavenly home at his residence on Friday, March 30, 2018 at the age of 33.  He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA.  He was a graduate of Orleans Parish Public School System. Beloved son of Deloris Baker and A J Hammond, Jr.  Stepfather of Ferdinando Robertson.  Grandson of the late Oretha Baker, Willaim Bell, A J Hammond, Sr., and Elnora Hammond.  Brother of Latrice Bell Trent and Fernesha Baker. Uncle of Daliyah Butler, Dewitt Solomon, and Dwight Solomon. Devoted friend of Shronda Bookman; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.  Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery- Westwego, LA  To view and sign the guestbook, please go to www.davismortuaryservice.com
