Christine Elizabeth Cooper

Christine Elizabeth Cooper entered into eternal rest at West Jefferson Medical Center on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at the age of 60. She was a native of Charlotteville, VA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Christine was employed as an engraver and foreman with Point Eight Power. Christine served her country 22 years in the U S Navy receiving many achievement awards and commendations.

Devoted mother of Samantha Cooper, Marie Bickham, and Danita Deadwyler. Daughter of the late Christopher Minor and Catherine Payne. Sister of Willie Carter, Anthony Carter, Thomas Carter, Lloyd Carter, and the late Mary Brown, Florence Jackson, Carlos Carter, and Clarence Carter. Loving companion of John Baker, also survived by 5 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 1:00p.m.
