Alvin Louis Roman

Alvin “Popa” “Dip” “Bro-in-law” Louis Roman peacefully entered into eternal rest surrounded by family on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at the age of 68.  He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA.  Husband of Dorothy F. Roman. Father of Aldric and Aldrianne Roman. Grandfather of Devin Roman, Daniel Alvin Haraldsson and Deandre Xavier Anderson. Great-grandfather of Adrian Danielsson.  Son of the late Albert and Doretha H. Roman.  Brother of Linda R. Lewis, Doretha R. Augustus, Debra, Anthony (Sheila), Albert (Toni) Roman, Allen (Letoya) Scott, and the late Ernest Watkins, Arthur Roman, Earline Wilson, and Rosalind Roman.  Brother-in-law of Mildred Watkins and Mary Roman; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family, also priest and parishioners of St. Augustine Catholic Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 1210 Gov. Nicholls St. New Orleans, LA on Monday, May 14, 2018 at 10:00a.m.
