Joseph Aggie Hammond, Jr.

Joseph Aggie Hammond, Jr., transition to be with the Lord on Friday, May 25, 2018 at the age of 51. He was a native and resident of Marrero, LA. (Jacksontown Community). Jody as he was affectionately known graduated from L. W. Higgins in 1986.

Devoted father of Joshua Dewayne Hammond. Son of the late Joseph Aggie Hammond, Sr. and Rosetta Rogers Hammond. Brother of Glen Ray Ether, Nova Hammond Louis, and the late Vernita Faye Ether and Rita Hammond Forman. Uncle of the late Travis R. Fazande. Nephew of Hazel Davis, Ruby Rogers, Willie Mae (Sue) Davis, Gladys R. Tigler, Edward Charles, Alexander Ray Rogers, and the late Albert Rogers, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA
