Henry Douglas Norton

Apostle Henry D. Norton, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the age of 75. He was a native of Greenville, S. C., and a resident of Harvey, LA. Loving husband of Pastor Mary Norton of 51 years. Devoted father of Katrina (Elder Gregory) Jackson, Carolyn (Prophet James) Johnson, Prophetess Serena (Apostle Jammie) Ford, Joanna Norton, and Theresa Ojeda. Son of the late Joseph Van and Nora Virginia North. Brother of Rudolph Norton of Newark, DE, Donald W. Norton of Greenville, S.C., Ronald C. Norton, and James O. Norton both of Atlanta, GA., and the late Eugene Norton, Howard Norton, Betty Austin, Ruby Brownlee, and David Norton. Uncle of Malea Oliver whom he reared, also survived by 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in laws, and his church family (Cornerstone Westbank Apostolic Fellowship).

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 11:00a.m.

Visitation will begin at 10:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.

Interment: Resthaven Cemetery-New Orleans, LA
