Catherine Dumas Washington

Catherine Nell Dumas Washington entered peacefully into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Ochsner Foundation Hospital at the age of 60.  She was native of New Orleans, La and a resident of Marrero, LA.  Catherine was a graduate of John H. Martyn High School and Delta Junior College. She was a former CNA at West Jefferson Medical Center.  Beloved wife of Percy Washington , Jr.  Loving Mother of Nicole W. Lee and Angela Washington.  Grandmother of Asia, D'Andre, and Michael.  Daughter of the late Landry and Pauline Dumas.  Granddaughter of the late Noel and Lubertha Keller.  Sister of the late Theresa Plummer, Judy Matthews, Dennis Dumas, Jacquelyn Lovelace, Virginia and Rita. Mother-in-law of Brian Lee and Thaddeus Fouchea, Jr.  Catherine is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
