Joyce Reado Lockett

Joyce R. Lockett transitioned to be with the Lord at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the age of 79. She was a native of Algiers, LA, and a long time resident of Marrero, LA. Beloved wife of the late Captain Aubrey P. Lockett U. S. Army.   Devoted mother of Tara Lockett, Dajuan Tircuit, and Aubrey F. Lockett. Daughter of the late Domoveal and Victoria Reado. Sister of the late Edward Reado and Gloria Dumas, also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Greater Mount Calvary Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend funeral services at Greater Mount Calvary Church, 1600 Westwood Drive, Marrero, LA on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 11:00 AM.
