Jackie Collins Muse

Jackie Collins Muse entered into eternal rest peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, August 7, 2018 at the age of 62. She was a Native of Gretna, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Jackie was the Owner of J Muse, LLC. and a graduate of L. W. Higgins High School. Beloved wife of 42 years to Kenneth Ray Muse.  Devoted mother of Schante (Alcide) Muse, Devoney (Demetrius) Muse-Williams, Kenyon (LaCambry) Muse, and Kevin Henry. Grandmother of Torionte and Daria Muse, Dominique Moore, Zoey Terry, Demitrius Williams,  Kenneth Muse and Devon Ray Williams. Great grandmother of Denver Muse, and Dallas London. Daughter of the late Frank, Sr. and Madge Collins. Sister of Charles (Lenora) and Stanley (Mary) Collins,  Michael and Elliott Francis, Lynette Johnson, Lydia Francis, and the late Frank Collins, Jr., Sally Robinson, Joann Refuge, Rebecca Nickerson, and Sandra James. Daughter in law of William Muse, and the late Olivia Muse. Sister in law of  Russell (Myrna) Ronald, Tyrone (Michele), and Errol (Diane) Muse, Melvin Nickerson, Sharon Francis, Dora Mims, and the late Sullivan Francis, Donna Anderson, Elaine Belton, and Sonya Muse, also survived by a host of nieces nephews and friends. 

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Phildelphia Christian Church   and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at   Phildelphia Christian Church 3127 General Meyer Ave New Orleans, LA  on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 10:00am.

Visitation will begin at 8:00. until service time at the above named church.

Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, LA.
