Lillie Bell Richardson

Lillie Bell Richardson transitioned into eternal rest with her heavenly father on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at the age of 83. She was a native of Clinton, LA and a resident of New Orleans, LA.

Devoted mother of Andrew (Carleen) and Elliot Love, Emily, Charlotte, and Thaddeus Richardson, Lillie R. (Marlon) Davis, Wynesta L. Gaston, and the late William, Alreta, Moses, Errol, Charlie, and Wilbert Richardson. Daughter of the late Moses and Sally Thomas Richardson. Stepdaughter of the late Emily Richardson. Sister of Dorothy Marshall and the late Delores Stewart. Mother in law of the late Sherman Gaston. Great grandmother of the late Joemar H. Rivers. Devoted cousin of Eddie Thomas. Friend of Cheryl Carter, Yevonta Thomas, and Shirley Crump, also survived by 36 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, offices, and members of St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, First Free Mission Baptist Church, Fisher Community Church, and all neighboring churches; employees of Orleans Parish Public School Board, St. Christopher, Home Again Group Home, Wal-Mart Corporation, and McDonald Corporation are invited to attend the funeral service at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church 1738 L.B. Landry Ave. New Orleans, LA on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 10:00a.m.

Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA.
