Lillie Bell Gordon

Lillie Bell Gordon entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at her resident at the age of 53. She was a native of Clarksdale, MS and a resident of Harvey, LA. Lillie was a Certified Nurse Assistant. Devoted wife of Edward Joseph Ussins, Jr. Loving mother of Cornelius Cortez Gordon, Martina Cartez Gordon, and Nekeyia Domonic Gordon. Daughter of Edith Louise Gordon and the late Richard Lee Willis, Sr. Granddaughter of the late Modine Thomas and Cleveland Statum, Sr. Sister of Richard (Shawann) Lee Willis, Jr., Mary Louise “Linda” (Murphy) Knightshead, also survived by 15 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, offices, and members of Holy Trinity Christian Baptist Church, Greater Seek Well Baptist Church, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Holy Trinity Christian Baptist Church 1727 Erie St. New Orleans, LA on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
