Samuel Benjamin

Samuel Benjamin, age 68, entered into eternal rest Thursday, August 16, 2018. He was a native of Marrero, LA and resident of Picayune, MS.  Samuel was a retired truck driver of the Jefferson Parish Recreation Department. Husband of Laura Campbell Benjamin. Father of Genise Benjamin, Travis McCloud, Curtis Grant, LaCole King, Chris McCloud, and Dwayne Benjamin. Son of the late Samuel Lewis and Leona Benjamin.  Brother of Samuel Lewis, Jr., Freeman Gregory Lewis, William, Sigfred and Milo Lewis, Ray Benjamin, Joan Lewis, and the late Charmaine Conley, Patircia Henson, Mathew Lewis, Talama Lewis, Baggis, Sr., Joseph, Sr., and George Benjamin, and Mildred Campbell; also survived by 5 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
