Marchell Alejandro Ray McGowan

Marchell Alejandro Ray McGowan entered into eternal res t at his residence on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at the age of 44. He was a native and resident of Marrero, LA. Marchell was a former Certified Electrician for Avondale Shipyard.

Devoted father of Marcel Joseph and David Paul. Son of Mary McGowan and the late Luther “Jack” McGowan, Sr. Brother of Amos Lee, Mark Anthony(Lacern), Luther Karya, Jr., (Deidra), Sylvia Harley (Alexander), Kimberly (Anthony) Nash, and Marcy (Todd, Sr.) Guillory. Godson of Lucille and James Harris, also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, offices, and members of Vineyard Ministries, Harvest Ripe Church, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Vineyard Ministries 1524 Fourth St. Westwego, LA. on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at 11:00a.m.

Visitation will begin at 10:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.

Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, LA.
