Joseph Green

Joseph Anthony Green entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at his residence at the age of 50.  He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA.  Joseph was educated in Orleans and Jefferson Parish Public School Systems.  He was employed as truck driver.  Father of Jared Ledet.  Son of Joseph Green, Jr. and the late Linda Chisholm Green.  Grandson of  Alberta Logan, Edna Rousseau, and the late Joseph Green, Sr., Willie Chisholm and Arthur Rousseau.  Brother of Jerry Kimbrough, Marlon (Tonia Kador) Green, Troy Ware, Katrina (Curtis) Barrow, and Joenika Cooper. Nephew of Johnnie (Beverly)) Green, Arthur Rousseau, Kenny Rousseau, and Kathrine Johnson (Godmother).  One brother, 3 aunts, and 3 uncles preceded him in death. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 230 MONROE ST. GRETNA, LA on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 10:00a.m.  Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
