Christopher Joseph Burns, Sr.

Christopher Joseph Burns, Sr. entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at the age of 54. He was a native of Marrero, LA and a resident of Terrytown, LA. Christopher was a self employed truck driver.

Loving devoted companion of Latoya Kinchen. Father of Christopher Joseph Burns, Jr., Brandon Christopher Burns, and the late Kristen Symone’ Burns. Son of Mary Louise McDaniel Burns and the late Vernell “Blackstone” Burns. Brother of Lamond Burns, Tammy Marie Burns, Valliere Denise Young, and the late Vernell “Ann” Helton. Father in law of Dannaka Burns, also survived by 6 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of family are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 10:00a.m.

Interment: New Hope Cemetery-Gretna, LA.
