McKinley Adams

McKinley Adams departed this life at Ochsner Foundation Hospital on Friday, September 14, 2018 at the age of 75. He was a native of Woodville, MS and a resident of Avondale, LA. McKinley was employed by Bernard Lumber Company for 35 years and maintenance supervisor at Hamp’s Construction LLC for 26 years.

Devoted husband of the late Rosia Lee Adams. Beloved father of Lavelle (Curletta) Adams and Cynthia Adams all of Houston, TX. Grandfather of Ikea and Roryetta. Great grandfather of McKyna. Son of the late Isaac, Sr. and Eliza Adams. Brother of James Adams of New Orleans, LA. and the late Tommy Adams, Ernest Adams, Willie Adams, Isaac Adams, Howard Adams, Minnie Lee Harris, Mary Adams, and Elizabeth Adams, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 1:00p.m.

Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery –Avondale, LA.
