Annie Larkin Drummond

Annie Laura Larkin Drummond, age 91, entered peacefully into eternal rest on Friday, October 5, 2018.  She was a native of Cuba, AL and a resident of Avondale, LA. She was a former Supervisor and Booster Club Member of Jefferson Parish Playground (KAWK). Beloved wife of the late Pettis Drummond, Sr. Loving mother of Gwendolyn Drummond, Janice Drummond (Freddie) Polk, and the late Pettis Drummond, Jr.  Stepmother of Eunice (Howard) Peatry and Bessie Drummond Sims. Daughter of the late Herman and Lucy Larkin.  Sister of Lucius (Ruby) Larkin, and the late Lucille Bronn, Annie Lee Larkin, James, Macellons, and Henry Larkin.  Devoted cousin of Leroy Larkin.  Sister-in-law of Lillie Bell Larkin and Wanda Smith.   Annie is also survived by her devoted granddaughter and caregiver Endelin Drummond, 10 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.  Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of  Jehovah's Witnesses Luling Congregation, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend a Visitation at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 from 6pm-8pm.  Funeral Service will be held at Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 3326 Walton Rd. Lisman, AL on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 2:00p.m.  Visitation will begin at 1:00p.m. until service time at the above named church.
