Dione M. Williams

Dione Williams entered peacefully into eternal rest on Monday, October 15, 2018 at West Jefferson Medical Center at the age of 35.  She was a native of Marrero, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA.  She was a graduate of Higgins High School and employed as a CNA.  Wife of Tairrance Lemon.  Loving mother of Desmond Lemon and Da’Naya Lemon.  Daughter of Laura Williams and the late Kenneth Williams.  Granddaughter of Mae Francis Frazier and the late Esaw Frazier, Sr., Harry, Sr. and Anna Mae Williams.  Sister of Jessica Williams, Kennettha Williams, and the late Teneal Williams.  Aunt of the late Neil Williams, Khaleel Williams, and Harmony Williams. Niece of the late Windell Frazier, Howard Williams and Bernard Williams; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Progressive Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Progressive Church, 437 Cohen St. Marrero, LA on Friday, October 19, 2018 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Sterling Mealancon, officiating  Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
