Harold James Neal

Harold James Neal, Sr., age 68, departed this earthly life for his heavenly home on Sunday, October 14, 2018.  He was a native of Carlisle, MS and a resident of Marrero, LA.  Harold owned and operated a real estate business for over 26 years.  Loving husband of 49 years to Dorothy Mae Neal.  Devoted father of Harold Neal, Jr., Christopher Neal, Chinell Neal, Charmaine Neal, Shanitra (Damani) McCormick, Shondra (Terrance) Tisdale, and Alexander Carter Neal.  Grandfather of Jonquell and Juwan Neal, Courtney Jacks, Kiera and Edward Dorsey, Rayshawn Patterson, Jasmin, Jamil, Jada, and Jakeem Wright.  Son of the late Fred, Sr. and Hattie Neal.  Brother of Marie Straford, Thelma Neal, Fred (Patsy) Neal, Jr., Clarence (Helen) Neal, Sr., Larry Neal, and the late Alford, Eugene, Chester, Simon, Floyd, Freda, and Gloria Neal; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Harvest Ripe Church, Christian Fellow Church, and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Harvest Ripe Church, 425 Amelia St. Gretna LA on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 10:00a.m. Elder Jesse Pate, Sr., officiating  Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
