Dorance Mosley, Sr.

Dorance Mosley, Sr. departed this life at Louisiana Continuing Care Hospital on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at the age of 67.  He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA.  Dorance was a owner and operator of a Body and Fender Shop.  Loving father of Dorance Mosley, Jr. (Fiancée Réal Brown), and Taj Sullen.  Son of the late Edgar and Mildred Shepherd Mosley. Brother of Rev. Alvin J. (Ora) Mosley, Sr., Warren (Debra) Mosley, Tyronne Hodges, Ronnie (Nina) Hodges, Ronald (Donna) Hodges, Patricia (Wilson) Wade, Carla H. Lambert, and the late Mildred Johnson, Serina Woodary, Edgar Mosely, and Edward Hodges; also survived by 8 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARREO, LA on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
