Walter J Chappel, Jr.

Walter J. Chappel, Jr. entered into eternal rest at Belle Vie Living Center on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at the age of 80. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA. Walter was a retired employee of Omni Hotel.

Devoted father of Walter, III, Donna Monica, Avery and the late Arana Chappel. Son of the late Walter J. Chappel, Sr. and Delores Simms. Brother of Theresa C. Kingsberry, also survived by a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of family are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 10:00a.m.

Visitation will begin 9:00a.m. at the above named parlor.

Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, LA.
