  Sharon Denise Poree Craig entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at her residence at the age of 56 surrounded by family and close friends. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA. Denise was employed with Louisiana Continue Care for 8 years and she was known for her Joyous smile and making her patients happy. Devoted mother of Shandell Simmons and Jermaine Poree, Sr. Daughter of Dolores Poree and the late Wilbert Poree. Sister of Ronnie (Monique) Poree, Kelly (Charlotta) Poree, Paulette Miles, June Davis, and Yolanda Track. Godmother of Jared Lanoix and Terion Young. Godsister of Valarie Knight and Troy Smith, also survived by 5 aunts, 4 uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
