Sandra Jean Wilson Allen entered into eternal rest at her residence on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the age of 73. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA.

Beloved wife of Wilbert Allen, Jr. Mother of Wilbert (Deidre) Allen, Nedra Allen, Trenice Allen, Darrell Allen, Theone (Michael) Hillard, Sharon (Andrew) Williams, Kim Arenales, Robert (Tamyra) Allen, Nikita (Wilson) Wade, Byron Allen, Kayon (Ramon) Bieniemy, Raheem Allen, and Hasan Allen. Grandmother of the late Wallace Phoenix, Jr. and Travis Allen. Daughter of the late Frank, Sr. and Earline Brown Wilson. Granddaughter of the late James and Nettie Brown. Sister of Fernell (Barbara), Gregory (Wanda), Terry (Felicia), Darrell (Wylita) and Byron (Tina) Wilson, Seidiah (Farid Bin) Mateen , Wanda Abdullah, Melissa Wilson, Chalonia Wilson, Sherita (Everett) McGinnis, and the late Frank Wilson, Jr. Niece of the late Nellie Hawkins, Marilyn Wilson, Inez Jones, Alvin Wilson, Ernest Smith, Sr., Joseph Purdie, and Charlie Morris, also survived by 33 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church and neighboring churches; employees of Union Pacific Railroad are invited to attend the Funeral Services at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church 1738 L.B. Landry Ave. New Orleans, LA on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 11:00a.m.

Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
