Ernest Every

Ernest “Larry” Every, Sr. entered peacefully into eternal rest on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at the age of 77.  He was a native of Raceland, LA and a resident of New Orleans, LA.  Ernest was a retired Longshoreman with Local 3000.  Loving husband of Stella Jones Every.  Devoted father of Ernest Every, Jr., Carl Every, and Darlene Keller.  Stepfather of Robert and Gregory Jones.  Son of the late Adams Every, Jr., and Enola Every. Grandson of the late Adam, Sr. and Amy Every.  Brother of Royal Ace Every, Leon Every, Leroy Every, Adam Every III, Cornell Every, Sr., Ricardo Torregano, Shirley Matthews, Mickey Edwards, Kara Jackson, Maxine Every, and the late Corine Charles, Gail and Louise Every, and Lois Sylve.  Ernest is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 12:30p.m. Visitation will begin at 12:00p.m. at the above named parlor.
